#asktheexperts its 6 month to my c sec delivery but still periods didn't occur m worried pls help me out

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Generally periods start 5 - 8 months post delivery but it takes around one year in some ladies due to Harmonal changes, stress,low Haemoglobin and hereditary factors.
Nothing to worry it's normal and have balanced diet with Iron foods.
Have more water, spinach and other leafy greens, dates, raisins, almonds, pomegranate, jaggery, carrot, beet root.
