but yes it can be advised if any complications are present or if the doctor feels the need for that so it would be better to consult with your doctor about this

had gestational diabetes but that is under control now. no medications.
visited the doctor after a week after delivery but couldn't go for 6 week after delivery visit .
want to know if it was necessary

You can go for regular check up
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
