it is very important to give iron supplements to the child because the diet before 1 year of age is having very less amount of iron and it is very common that if the child is not given iron supplements the child will suffer from iron deficiency anaemia so better to continuex iron supplements given by your doctor.
brand of iron medicine and dosage will be given as per child's requirement
