ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, weight of 4.9 kg is a normal weight for 3 months old baby, do not worry. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.

Seems Very good but I am not aware about the birth weight of your child if I was knowing it then it was more convenient for me to give you the right thing I would just like to tell you if your child is gaining a minimum of 3 to 350 g every month and that’s very good
