Q.

#asktheexperts if mothers milk supply is not enough for the baby and baby is dependent on formula milk is there any harm ?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yea if breast milk is less then you can give baby formula milk and also you can have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and soaked meethi seeds early in the morning to produce more milk. Take care
