#asktheexperts I wish to lose weight but am not able to focus on same. What change can I make in my daily routine so that I can reduce my weight?

A. a little time for your self will be good.. as start your day with a glass of warm water, or lemon water honey.. go for Brisk walking.. or yoga start with surya namaskar.. take care of diet as restrict sweet sugar intake, avoid oil spicy foods, drink plenty of water..
