#asktheexperts i were thyroid during my pregnancy.and continued the thyroid variation after delivery. now my child is 2 year old and it is normal now. i still take thyroid medicine .is it possible to stop that medicine

By maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exercising on daily basis limit carbs and include more fibre rich diet you can stop the medicine but not abruptly you need to monitor your health and only after consulting doctor you should gradually reduce its dose layer stop

mam , please don't stop taking medicine without consulting your treating doctor
please visit your treating doctor for once
if he or she permit then you can stop taking it.
