#asktheexperts I’ve two children But it’s so frustrating to raise them alone There is no help I use to hit my elder one as she is very naughty Please let me know how to control my emotions

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy2 months agoA. hello u should keep urself calm . if u need a help better get one.. showing frustration on kids will effect the child growth so is better to check with ur doctor
