#asktheexperts i m nt able to feed my baby...very low milk supply .... mostly watery....very less flow

A. hi mom have good proteins dals eggs chk paneer curds soya tofu add nuts powder in milk habe shatavari powder in milk and drink hydrate well

A. Take lactation supplement if it helps in boosting your lactation other than that you should start giving formula to the child at least your child would be sufficiently full and will take a proper growth as per the age and as per the requirement with formula milk
