#asktheexperts I’m giving solid food to my 4 month baby and I would like to know if I can give water?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. dear mom. your baby is just 4 month old, it is not reccomended to gi e solids and water at this age. better to feed onmy breast milk till 6 month of age
