#asktheexperts I have twin boys, they are 2.6 years old but they haven’t learned to talk yet. So is it normal?

A. yes it is okay... babies start to speak at 2 to 3 yrs... keep encouraging the baby more n more.. break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you let the baby mingle same age grps...
