#asktheexperts i have started solid journey to my babies but meanwhile I observed some painful lumps forming besides less breastfeeding how can I tackle this Mam, please suggest

You should actually massage your breast with a good oil followed by hot compress to warm compress whatever is suitable for you that is going to help in melting the lump do it 3 to 4 times in the day as per your comfort which will be very benefiting
