#asktheexperts I have gained alot much weight even i am breafeeding my kid ,please advise some solution.Even not having periods since 9months

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see try yo count tge calories ss well then focus on exercise.If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout
