#asktheexperts i have delivered twin on 10 September n can period, it ok or any problem ,

A. then its normal. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

A. hi dear Begin counting on the first day of your period to the day before your next period.Do this for a few cycles, and add up the total number of days, dividing it by the number of cycles. That gives you the average number of days in your menstrual cycle.
