#asktheexperts I have been using Siloderm Mixi cream and Derma Dew Aloe cream for my baby's eczema as suggested by my Pediatric, however is only helps for a day and flares up the next day. Can you please suggest a non steroid based eczema cream, like atogla, aveeno, bioderm, etc.

it is mostely allergic, so better to find out reason or sllergent and avoid it.
keep her skin properly hydrate n moisturized.
