#asktheexperts I have a baby through cesarean and she is 3 months 23days old.she is on breastfeed.i had my last period ( just for a day) after 1month of my delivery.since them,i m having no period.i have done pregnancy test but it came negetive.i have no uneasiness in my body.what should I do now?

A. hi mom if u r doing exclusively breast feeding till now then you can have lactational amenorrhea so u need not worry about it but use contraceptive to avoid unwanted pregnancy
