#asktheexperts I have 4 month baby.. he is totally on my bm.. can i start giving fm once a day ?

A. If You have a good amount of breast feeding them my recommendation is going to be that you should feed your child for at least six months on your best Siri and if you alone it by any chance that you can definitely start giving formula feeding that’s completely your choice
