#asktheexperts i have 1month boy although i am haveing proper diet and taking lactare capsules and lactare granules in milk my breast milk is low is there any medicine which can improve increase my breast milk fast..i want to give breast milk to my baby not formula plz give any solution

massage your breasts with warm coconut oil daily

mam, sometimes low milk supply can be result of stress or incorrect latching or Genetics too
so please avoid taking stress
while feeding, make sure your child latches properly
I mean, the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your Child's Mouth at feeding time
