#asktheexperts i had c section delivery. my baby is 4 month old now. i do breastfeed. from 3 rd month I am having excessive hair fall and hair quality became very bad. please give me solution for this.currently I am taking only calcium tablet ( shelcal xt). thank you.

you can start with vitamin supplements..
add protein to diet.. leafy vegetables
keep your self well hydrated.
you can try mama earth hair fall kit as onion oil shampoo conditioners..
