Latch the baby well to your baby, make a good skin to skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding to stimulate more breastfeeding. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet to increase breastmilk supply. Consult a lactation expert for further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
