#asktheexperts i breastfeed my baby through pump. but since last 10days my milk supply suddenly decreased. what should i do?

You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. Rather than this you should also add jeera and ajwain in your regular diet it will help in increasing breast milk.
