It could be lipoma which is like a fat ball and it doesn’t appear suddenly maybe it was previous little small or you did not notice it is actually movable so sometimes it is not a little late but as of now if it is not painful or anything that’s a positive sign but you should get examined by the doctor to confirm whether it is lipoma Sam other issue
