#asktheexperts I am now at 3rd month of my first trimester.i am having continuous dry coughs at night. Is it normal to have that. Also I am losing sleep after 5 hrs

you can also go for home remedies like tulsi honey ginger water as well as warm lemon tea. you may go for (warm water + salt + turmeric) gargles xwhich will again help in decreasing cold and cough and you can continue breast feeding x
