#asktheexperts I am mom of twin boys who born at 36 weeks .currently they are 7 months old.i need help on solids

A. Hello! Start giving small quantities of semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, ragi and so on. Give one new food at a time, preferably in the morning to check the suitability.
