#asktheexperts i am gaining weight after pregnacy. my periods were regular before pregnancy after 26 days. but now sometimes after 26 days, 28 days, 24 days like

A. Yes That is very common after delivery the menstruation cycle can be disturbed for some time but normally it become better after 6 to 8 months so just wait for that much time and if you are gaining weight then control your diet start working out and take a diet from an expert so that you lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
