A. gastrocolic reflex is very normal in children. in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food / milk intake. if the growth / weight gain of the child is proper there is no need to worry about this phenomena. usually this phenomena decreases withs increasing age of the child d
