you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.

Shelcal and orofor xt you can take both of them every day once calcium the other is Iron and you do not need to take folic acid without consulting the doctor because that is something that you should only take with your doctors advice if you feel too weak you can even take multivitamin for six months and omega three supplement
