#asktheexperts i am a mother of 3months old baby. is there any requirement of taking iron and calcium supplements after c section delivery..??

Yes definitely there is a requirement and in fact you’re supposed to take it for a minimum of three months and if possible you have to continue the calcium medications as long as you exclusively breast-feed your babyWrite Your Answer Here
