#asktheexperts I am 2 months 20 days old baby girl mother, due to nipple issue I am feeding expressed milk and from last 10 days my milk was drastically decreased, can you please assist me how to increase the milk.

A. Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement that you can take three times in the day with warm milk that definitely going to help in boosting your lactation and also you should have a balanced diet
