Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk You can use a Philips Avent Breastpump you can pump in addition to breastfeeding every day to enhance your overall supply If you want to enhance your supply you need to pump more frequently #ParentYourWay
