By getting your child involved into some activity that is what you need to do see Screen Time habit parents only give to make their kids easily eat the food that they are giving but that’s actually very bad addiction so just play with your child and feed your child give no screen time to the child slowly maybe initially would be tough for the child has to learn to do it
