AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy2 weeks agoA. Hi mom Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between. Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee, dry fruits, paneer,rice,potatoes, sweet potato ,ragi, avocado, banana shake etc in diet for weight gain
