give plenty of fluids to drink to the child to maintain hydration.h
you can go for prickly heat powder application also.
if not improving in 2 to 3 days please visit the doctor.

use nycil powder..
or himalaya prickly heat powder..
use neem water to bath or use suthol liquid after bath..
