#asktheexperts how we can take care of baby height weight and appetite. Kindly advice

A. Dear ma’am, just make sure you make your baby get familiar with home foods. Avoid salt, sugar and cow milk till one year. Stick to a routine when providing meals. Encourage self feeding. Give adequate water and make sure he poops without difficulty everyday. This is also important for regulating his appetite
