Hello ma’am Or initial 6 to 8 months till the time we do not get your child’s head shaved off the hair will fall because they are bound to fall right they are temporary hair so I don’t pay too much of attention to it and once you get it done after that whatever hair will come just pay attention to them you can apply oil regularly wash the hair regularly maintain hygiene and cleanliness in scalp for a better health
