Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine as such is required.

This age kids have no side sleeping patterns with the most and sometimes you will see The kids are going to sleep through the day and they will be awake mostly through the night so for 46 months you really cannot be very sure about the pattern of the child it is your Mumbai it is just going to change with time so just try to bear with it
