A. Take a Galactagogue Herbal supplements and prescribed medications are helpful with the glandular and hormonal causes of low milk supply. However, galactagogues don’t work without skin to skin, stimulation of breasts, unrestricted access to the breast for the baby, latching the baby on frequently, etc. A consultation with an expert would do some good to see if it would suit your needs.
