Hello ma’am First you have to understand that why your child is crying so I can just tell you for initial six months the basic reason behind a kid is crying is colic pain so give this medicine to settle your child down it is Himalaya Bonnie spaz you can give five drops as of now in maximum 3 to 4 times in a day only when needed
