Generally breast feeding is suggested until 2 years if mother doesn't have any health issues, pregnancy baby having solid foods normally without rejection. Breast feeding helps in improving immunity power, Brain development elements DHA, ARA , soothing babies while teething stage. If you want to quit Breast feeding then avoid in day time and gradually night times - In day time engage in playing,baby gear, favorite rock/swing for making sleep. Night feed avoid by making baby sleep with grandparents.
