#asktheexperts how to prepare for normal delivery. I have a baby boy of 3.5 years old by c section. This time i want a normal delivery

A. then start walk. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. hi stay active. you can do some exercises like kegal exercise , butterfly asaana , only if your gynecologist permit it . take Healthy and nutritious diet keep your self well hydrated
