b) Offer safety: Make a safe play area so that he or she does not put himself or herself at risk in order to achieve adventure and excitement.
c) Do not overdo the warnings: If you talk about danger all the time, he or she will become afraid to try anything new.
d) Play your part: If you want him or her to be calm and think about danger, you need to as well. He or she will want to jump, run or play where you do.
