A. Hello! For a healthy weight loss, both diet and physical activity is required. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits in the diet. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. If you are allowed, then maybe you can also try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health.
