A. hi as it has been 6 months after delivery ,you can start doing gentle low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc make changes in your diet avoid taking processed oily spicy food prefer to take food items like green veggies, fresh fruits, sprouts etc more increase your fluid intake.
