Q.

#asktheexperts how to keep babies without getting constipated. my baby poops 3 days once, even though I give him fibre foods and water, he still gets constipated. when he poops he cries.. please help

A. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake. some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition. here the diet modifichjation should be tried first followefd by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.
