A. Hello dear parent! Healthy nutritious foods like dry fruits, fresh fruits and vegetables should be given to the child. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
