yes ,it is common to get it after c section
but to get relief in pain , I would suggest some tips ,hope it help :
take iron and calcium supplements as per your doctor's Suggestions
take Healthy and nutritious diet.
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
do not sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting or place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
you can try Heating pad like Babyhug heating pad
