A. to reduce belly fat, you should start some physical exercise gradually, you need to take high protein, high fiber and low carbohydrates diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside or junk food completely, take lots of water atleast 16 glass in a day.
