A. avoid wet clothes. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.

A. Hello You should clean that area properly with a gentle soul and apply Boroline anti septic cream or coconut oil into that area because that is going to help a lot so at least 2-3 times in a day but do consult your doctor as well once that is going to be very very important
