yes it's too hard but not impossible
so first I advise to set consistent routine for both the kids even for your own self too
try to spend time with each child separately
don't compare them with each other and please don't scold your kids infront of each other
create opportunities for them to play with each other too
for example Take them to the park to play , play different broad games,it will help to strengthen bond between your kids
