A. the child is only 3 months of age so if you feel that the child is having dehydration you have to give breastfeeding again and again to the child and if the child is having vomiting or loose motions when you can add ORS also but during this time it is important to remain in contact with your doctor for proper advice as well as to avoid any type of emergency

A. You should give proper feeding to the child which is what is going to be important for first six months a child is completely dependent on the feeling right and that is only going to be very helpful in maintaining hydration into the body over on so that’s what you should focus upon
